Connecting flange: Adopting the latest HG20592-20635-97 flange standard issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry in 1998. If other flange standards are used, please indicate them when ordering.
working principle:
The main pipe is connected to the storage tank through a flange, and as the liquid level in the container changes, it drives the float containing magnetic steel to move up and down. In a fully enclosed pipe, only the float moves up and down with the liquid. On the outside of the main tube is a magnetic flip column, with half of the magnetic flip column being white and the other half being red and made of plastic. ② High temperature resistance is made of ceramic materials. The distance between the magnetic flip columns is 10mm. As the float moves up and down, the beam magnetic field of the permanent magnet inside the float pushes the flip columns 180 °, changing their color. When the float rises, the magnetic flip columns change from white to red, and when the float falls, they change back to white. This means that at any time, the red or blue magnetic flip columns always represent the liquid level in the storage tank without the need for an external power source
