TRH-L-Z turbine flow sensor
The water flow sensor mainly consists of a copper valve body, a water flow rotor component, a steady flow component, and a Hall element. It is installed at the inlet end of the water heater to measure the inlet flow rate. When water flows through the rotor component, the magnetic rotor rotates and the speed changes linearly with the flow rate. The Hall element outputs a corresponding pulse signal feedback to the controller, which determines the size of the water flow rate, adjusts the current of the proportional valve, and controls the gas volume through the proportional valve to avoid the phenomenon of warm summers and cool winters during the use of the gas water heater. The water flow sensor fundamentally solves the disadvantages of high starting water pressure and dry burning caused by misoperation of the flap type water and gas linkage valve. It has the advantages of sensitive response, long lifespan, fast action, safety and reliability, easy connection, and ultra-low starting flow rate (1.5L/min).
