The TRH-S-CY water pressure test bench is mainly used for monitoring abnormal situations such as container deformation and damage by continuously increasing and decreasing the pressure of the tested container.

Mainly used for steel fittings, sealed containers, and testing under water pressure.

The main materials are:

1： The experimental platform is made of copper-clad steel wood, with dimensions above, lightweight, strong overload capacity, and safe use.

2： The water tank is made of environmentally friendly PVC material.

3： Our TRH-2NPLC has a long service life and is safe and reliable for controlling the host.

4： The host is made of stainless steel material, suitable for large angle rotation and observation. The human-machine operation screen is a 7-inch screen.

5： Observation cabinet, galvanized anti rust treatment 1.5mm thick.

The host functions are:

1： The experimental platform has a combined structure, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly.

2： Simplify the PLC program circuit.

3： Adopting human-machine exchange, all operations are carried out on the host.

4： Switch to manual operation of all pump valves.

5： Switching to automatic operation, all pumps and valves, all valve pumps, pumps, and cycle times can be executed according to the program, such as holding time, release time, number of times, and upper limit of pressurization.

6： The host has a recording function: it corresponds to once per second, including pressure and corresponding cycle times. You can select the desired time period to extract and view it on any computer.
